The Kano State Police Command has arrested a visibly daring cattle rearer who was spotted in a viral video circulating on social media while holding an AK-47 rifle in the state.
The arrest was confirmed by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, during a phone interview with Explorer in Kano.
Kiyawa further stated, the command is currently investigating the matter and will issue details of the investigation subsequently to the public.
The video footage has sparked widespread public reaction across social media platforms.
